I would like an explanation of all of the options available for someone trying to move to the U.S. - Work visas, student visas, tourist visas, amnesty, asylum, green cards, marriage, etc, and the time frames involved.
Some family members are already in the US and are citizens and have the ability to be sponsors. But I need to know what's involved, how to apply, what needs to be done, how much money is required etc...
The persons trying to get to US is a family of 4 from Croatia who are not doing so good over there. One of the sons is 21 and the other is 17.
If someone can recommend and list all options that are possible to achieve this and provide how-to info.
